Hey, everyne. Hi,

The best and safest way to do it, is just-- do it. Obviously, use all the lube you want, start with one finger, add another. You can open the two a little, gently but firmly. You are not stretching your ass, you are relaxing the muscle. Pretty soon, you'll be able to add a third finger, and you're pretty much there. Add a little more lube, stick the tip of your toy right where it ought to be, and gently push in... If it seems too large, bear down like you were trying to shit-- it will go in instead.

Again, you are NOT "stretching" the muscle, you are letting it relax. You should be able to make it tighten up again when you're done.

Relaxing is the best thing as well. At first I had trouble. We started with his fingers, moved to a slim vibe and worked up from there. It is a lot about relaxation and lots of lube. I am the type to over analyze EVERYTHING. It took me time to get past my brain. Now I love it.
