A local BDSM group is a good idea, but you can also check out the personals forum of Lit.
Depending on what you prefer, there are several different sub forums and threads to check out. Or, start your own and see if someone close to you responds.
Or, maybe roleplaying is what you prefer? The links are below. But, like Evil_Geoff says, you're not going to find either of these in this forum. But, welcome to the cafe, if you're looking for BDSM people to talk with.
