New take on the dreaded stickies

Since we now have to live under law of sticky nation, I say we make it a community affair.

I propose that every week, a new random poster gets to start their own sticky and have it sit majestically above all other threads. At the end of each week, the sticky shall be taken down and moved to the playground.

Now proceed to tell me what a great idea this is.
