The main characters were held prisoner in the Intergalactic Zoo of Alien Life

I will play the female known as Gaia
Looking for a male to play Blue Eyes

I will try to grab the first post with the description of Blue Eyes from the old thread

Hopefully it will be as good as the original was.

"Humans are the Aliens"

A stone on stone grinding sound woke "Blue Eyes" from a fitful nightmare. He rolled quickly to his feet in a defensive posture, an arrow notched in his recently acquired bow.

Since he'd been captured and brought to this enclosure, he'd been repeatedly tested on his ability to defend himself against a number of dangers.

Every so often, the Yuza -- the dominant species on this planet -- had opened a hatch in the ceiling or a door in the wall and added something to his cage. In the beginning, it had only been food and water. A short time later, they dropped wood and twigs with which Blue started a fire, using a friction technique he'd learned as a child. Soon, live animals were sent through the doors for Blue to hunt. Naked since his capture, he made a loin cloth, then moccasins, and finally a full set of clothes.

Then things began to get dangerous. Larger, more ferocious animals were added, creatures -- some familiar, others not at all -- that could very well have killed and eaten Blue instead. He survived these tests as well, eating much better and creating bedding of their furs, necklaces of their claws and fangs, and tools of their bones, tendons, and such.

Then, all of that was taken away from him. He passed out one afternoon, not realizing that his latest water delivery had been tainted with an anesthetic. He awoke to find himself in nothing but his loin cloth and owning nothing more than his bow and a handful of arrows.

That had been yesterday, and today Blue was staring at a now fully open door to ... to what? What was out there? For so long he'd known nothing but this stone and steel prison.

What Blue couldn't have understood was that the Yuza were doing all of this to him to prepare him for being part of their new exhibit at the The Intergalatical Zoo of Alien Life.

Blue had never been to an Earth zoo, of course: he'd been born here on Yuza III, just as his father and his father's father before him had. Blue's great-grandfather had been born en route to Yuza III, making Blue's great-great-grandfather the last in his family line to be considered an actual Earthling and not just a Human.

Blue knew very little of Earth or the cultures from which the Humans here had come. The Yuza Humans had been on this planet for 50 years -- almost 100 Earth Years, he'd been told -- meaning, simply, that Earth was no longer their home. Yuza was.

But if he had ever seen an Earth zoo, he would have recognized this new, larger enclosure as something akin to a lion or tiger enclosure. The crescent moon shaped exhibit was much larger than the typical enclosure back on Earth, though, with the longer, outside curve of the crescent almost 100 yards in length. The inner curve of the crescent was a tall, realistic looking cliff of sedimentary rock with a shallow cave at its bottom.

A waterfall fell from high above, spilling into the first of a trio of pools that themselves were connected by a stream. The water eventually descended to a wet lands at the base of the tall outer wall, at the top of which -- standing behind a railing and, unbeknownst to Blue, an invisible security shield -- were several hundred Yuza visitors.

Blue had only seen a Yuza three times before. His village had been deep inside the southern jungle, more than a thousand miles from the nearest permanent Yuza settlement. The indigenous people rarely ever ventured to the jungle, making the three visits by their air ships almost as unbelievable as the presence of Humans on their planet.

He'd been told that there were Human serving in the homes and businesses of the Yuza. But those were just tales to his village. They'd never met such a Human before.

Blue stood in the opening for several minutes, studying the aliens. Their faces were filled with great awe as they waited anxiously for him to emerge. IZAL had been advertising the opening of the Human Exhibit for months. In addition to the hundreds of Yuza at the railing, there were tens -- possibly hundreds -- of thousands more in their homes watching the opening on their Home Viewers.

Despite knowing nothing of zoos, it was pretty obvious to Blue what was taking place here: he was on display. After several minutes of scanning the alien faces, he considered not satisfying the crowd at all. He could simply return to his cage, couldn't he?

That question was answered when a door at the back of his home opened. One, then two, then three of the lion-like creatures that had been his biggest test to date entered, sniffing the air for their prey. Blue rushed out into the larger area, ignoring the cheering of the crowd. He was searching for a place in which he could either hide or from which he could defend himself.

He located a section of the cliff that had been intentionally crafted with foot holds. He hurried up it, turning to face the lion-creatures when he was out of their reach. He notched an arrow and drew his bow just as the first of the lion-creatures leaped up the cliff. It managed to get a grip in the hand holds, but it was to no avail. Blue let the arrow fly, striking the animal in the chest. It fell to the rock surface, turning to present it's side, into which Blue put a second arrow.

Blue turned his attention to the second animal as the first began to diebut very quickly realized that this other animal's attention wasn't on him. He looked to his right to find--

A female! A Human female!

Blue hadn't seen another of his kind in months! And he'd never before seen one this ... naked! She wore only a loin cloth, much like Blue's, as she huddled behind a small array of rocks, about to be killed by the lion-creature.

"He-e-e-e-e-e-re!" Blue called.

He repeated his call as he descended to the rock plateau, but it took a third call to get the animal's attention. Blue had an arrow notched and drawn, and letting it fly, he put it right through the lion-creatures' rib cage and into one of its hearts. A second arrow barely missed the second heart but did succeed in severing the animal's main supply artery. The lion-creature wavered, then stumbled, then fell to the rocks.

Blue ensured that both of the animals were dead, then looked to find the third had been cut off by the now closed door. It was then that he became aware of the furor of applause and calls coming from high above at the railing. He didn't know what to think. They were applauding his actions, weren't they? He'd fought hand to hand with other men from other villages once, and while he'd been showered with praise afterward, it was nothing like what these Yuza were doing. It didn't make any sense to

The female snapped her head around at the cheering crowd, startled by the lions, by the noise, by the phantom voices behind the walls of the enclosure. Blue gestured toward himself gently, trying not to startle her as she looked ready to bolt like a frightened rabbit.

Blue shuddered inwardly at what his overseers would do to her if she injured herself and continued calling softly out to her.

Gaia was taken by the flying ship that had been scoping her village. It was much like an ancestral settlement
A high wooden wall and many square wooden houses within the circular wall.

Gaia was taking food to the men preparing the fields for planting. Especially since some of the workers were her brothers. That ended up being the last.time her family saw her alive

Gaia was.caught by the sky raiders and taken to the facility
This place was another place to be frightened of. During her imprisonment she was bathed, shaved of all hair except on her head. They investigated her body compared to other captured subjects which they discovered that this new creature was the female and capable of making more of their kind through a breeding program

They gave her sleeping tablets that she didnt fully take. It did make her more pliable to switch from medical station to the zoo.

The keepers released the female into the enclosure by a tube, unfortunately Gaia had cut her arm on a bend on the slide
Gaia landed hard in this strange lands then a noise caught her attention

Two giant fang toothsome were stalking her. Her natural reaction was.to hide but there was only rocks and falling waters. She tried to climb but the rocks didnt give her the safety she sought

Gaia cried out "Wwwweeeennmn!"

No answer came, no father to protect his eldest daughter. Only the Sku Spirit could help her now

The machines that rolled the heavy shutters of the enclosure open and closed began to bang and crash, causing metal to scrape against metal. The hard white light of the true sky narrowed into slits before the artificial twilight of the enclosure took over. False stars twinkled in the roof of the enclosure and a soft hum prefaced the sounds of nature and animals being piped over loudspeaker.

Blue stretched his hand out to the female, leaning toward her until her frightened eyes finally settled on his. He gently laid his hard, calloused hand under her soft, pale one and pointed at himself with the other.

"Bloo."

Gaia took his hand and came from her hiding spot. Gaia looked at this male one and tilted her head as he spoke and pointed to himself

Mimicking his word "ba loo" now she seemed relieved to find herself with a protector. In her tribe the males were protectors, and they had a large responsibility. Her father was the Chief of their tribe. He needed to provide food for not just his family but for the widows,, the orphans, and elderly.

She looked at him and took notice of his eyes, they were blue like the waters near her tribe.

Taking in Gaia's looks. Her skin was a brownish red, her hair dark as night, her eyes a caramel color. Her shape seemed firm and strong. Her legs long and athelic to complete her 5'8" height.

She realized he was waiting, she pointed to herself and said softly. "M Ga I ya"

Blue looked at the female. She gestured to herself and gave her name. Upon hearing it, Blue nearly fell down. She had been named after a goddess, the goddess of his birth season.

She was named "M'gaia" after autumn's bounty.

Children born in spring could plant alongside their families. They would eat in winter for having planted in spring. Blue however, born facing winter's teeth, survived by being stronger. Growing up, he killed everything he ate. It was the only reason he'd lived to be strong enough to gain his captor's attention. It was the only reason he was alive now.

Blue looked at her in wonder. Her skin was the color of strong trees, her eyes the color of autumn leaves, and her hair was the color of good soil. She could only have been sent by M'gaia. Realizing this, Blue sank slowly to the ground and sat on the warm stone.

It was all at once the only thing that made any sense. He'd told himself that this had to be a trial, a test by the divine elders to prove himself worthy of something. Their incredible power, their indifference that bordered on hatred, their fickle rewards and punishments. Could his captors be anything else but gods? But now...his birth goddess had come to him, autumn's bounty echoed in his head, in his tongue, but in her sweet voice. His trial was over and he was rescued.

Softly, and with great sighing breaths, Blue began to cry.

Gaia watched his movements with curiosity. He sat down like a surprised hunter catching good fish swimmers and coming home to find his woman gave birth to a babe.

Gaia knelt down and touched his right hand "ya ooze oh k?"

She was concerned about his well being or maybe she was wrong. Maybe this was something her great grand father spoke of.. an angel.

Gaia rested her head against his knee and made softly noises. Gaia's voice was steady and she began to rub his hand she was still holding.

Her new found friend would discover Gaia had been singing lalabies .

The fact the angel was crying bothered her. She hugged strongly and cooed to him softly hoping to ease the pain he was feeling. Then she looked over his hand and arm for wounds.
Then she checked his legs finding no wound. She saw no blood flowing on the front of his body. Slowly she stood up and walked behind him. Again finding nothing that would cause pain.

Gaia came back to his front and asked " wha ize ya oo ka izs?"

M'gaia held him, stood over him, and examined him before kneeling before him and speaking to him with concern.

He rose slowly and respectfully to his feet so that he would not startle her. At full height, he towered over her but her fear seemed now gone. Instead she looked to him, expectantly.

Blue looked to the false sky and laughed at the false stars. His goddess was real, and she had been faithful. Before him, warm and alive, was a gift directly from her, bearing her name. The dead gods in his captors false sky were liars.

The girl was a tiny thing, shaped like a woman but smallish. The cloth that covered her could barely hide the ripeness of her hips and breasts. Upon seeing her knees clapped tightly together, Blue looked away and suppressed another small cry of gratitude to his goddess.

M'gaia had not yet been opened.

Blue was tall much like the young males in her tribe. She knew he wasnt from her tribe due to his color and unfamiliar markings

It was starting to get cold in this open land. Gaia glanced at the rocks and found no entrance or hole to find safety.

She didnt know that there was the cave that Blue used as a temporary home.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The assistant gamekeeper stared at the recording of the pair of humans from the newest improved enclosure. They seem to be getting along well but the IZAL promised to reveal a mated pair of humans
How was he going to show a mated pair when the male hasn't claimed his new mate
Would the male not mate her because they came from different places? Or was one of them not mature enough? He would have to consult with the prodigy department for answers
Blue saw the female shivering and picked her up, leading her to his shelter. Around a rocky outcropping and hidden beneath the roots of a tree was a small cave. Animal skins hung around the cold remains of a campfire. Behind those, the cave opened up into a much wider room, light streaming in through a chimney cut into the caves stone ceiling.
Blue gestured to the thickest pile of pets and invited M'gaia to sit. Once she was seated, he began a small fire in the center of the cave and took a few handfuls of vegetables and grey meat from a lopsided clay pot sitting in a corner.
As the smells of fish and potatoes began to fill the small cavern, Blues smile grew wider and wider until he finally began to sing. The words were...well, barely words and there was nothing resembling a melody but she was clapping along with him in perfect time.
As the broth thickened into a stew, Blue slipped yet another pouch from under a pile of furs. This one was stopped with a piece of wood and stained the purplish red of a bruise. Blue's smile widened even further as he removed the wooden stopped from the skin and passed it to her.
