Go to the very top and 'Login"
It will take you to your page--on the left side, click "Submissions"
And follow the directions on the sheet you see from there. Make sure you have a short "tagline" for the story to enter as well as title and a few keywords.
You got good advice there about just cutting-and-pasting the story into the window. Prior to doing that, it's best to have the story single-spaced and in some font like Arial 12pt. Double-space between paragraphs, and if you want special characters use html--for example <i>for italics</i>
You'll get a chance to preview the story before you hit that submit button and see how it's going to look. Keep in mind that length comes out at about 10-1. That is, for every 10 MS Word pages (single-spaced, Arial 12pt), you'll get 1 lit page.
