This was a nice tender story with a bit of realism regarding maneuvers when hugely pregnant.
There were several grammatical errors that a good edit should have taken care of. I have not read your other stories so I have no reference to fall back on for this story line. That said this was a nice little stand alone.
Fix the grammatical errors, and perhaps tighten it up just a bit plot wise, and you will have a nice sentimental read.

Most aren't into the sweet and tender .... they want the stroke factor... Stroke is nice... story is better.
