I would like to see two new cartegories added. The first one would be "Stag & Vixen", and the second would be "Cuckold". Separate the two subjects out of "Loving Wifes" and perhaps people would start understanding the difference between the two!

You're hoping for additional subcategories of cheaters and swingers from a site that doesn't even have a category for bisexuality.

Not gonna happen at this point me thinks... it's rather all categories will go away replaced by upgraded tag system.

This has been disgusted to death. It's dead. It will never happen. If you want those categories go start your own site.

The people who read loving wives don't care. They will hunt those stories they don't like and one bomb them into oblivion. Don't like the comments or scores you get, turn them off.

Yeah... not on this archaic site. It's survived the likes of Geocities and AskJeeves just the way it is and is not changing anytime soon. We should be thankfull the authors dashboard was somewhat modernized and the boards aren't some ancient layout like Reddit still uses.

I don't under "Stag & Vixen" but yes I think a "Cuckhold" category would be a great idea. Don't debate it here, just message Laurel and ask her about it.

I may be wrong, but from reading other discussions around this board my understanding is, that's a request that had been expressed and pleaded regularly for literally over a decade, with no action in response. That's why I used it as example of apparently many, many regular requests for new categories. It seems safe to say by now it wouldn't happen.

As pointed out, this has been brought up many times before. It is very unlikely to happen. One of many problems is that in many stories it is unclear until later in the story to what extent the husband is encouraging/enjoying what the wife does. Pre-assigning stories in specific categories based on the endpoint ruins the suspense. Another problem is what to do with previously posted LW stories if the category is retired.

I think the new control panel, which better make tags availible, should workjust fine to filter out what readers want to read.
