new stories approval?

Hi!

I´m a newbie and started my first storie. It´s been over a week now and it still says "approval pending" in the "my stories" section. How long will it take before it gets approved and I can continue it?
It´s a "non-english" storie, does it take so long because of this?

Hard to Say

It is hard to say how often updates happen. Anywhere from a couple of days to over three weeks. It has been a while as of late, but I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to it.

It is just part of the process.

In the meantime, if you're interested in having other contributors, you might try contributing threads to others' stories. Plus it keeps you in practice, and it's fun!

However, if your story's language is not English, you may have to find out who your prospects are first...I know one French speaker among the authors, et je parle un peu de Francais. Although there seem to be many German stories, I don't actually know any German speakers from the discussion forums.
