I do love Fox's spin on this...it's incredibly telling. Here's a process which will basically streamline cases for known criminal actors, essentially turning them away rather than waiting for a judge to do so (which in turn doesn't release them into the country while waiting for trial) and now Fox says it will lead to bribery of those officials and more corruption.

Just hire more judges, they say....lmao. Of course....just goes to show that fix isn't interested in solving any problem......they are just wanting to spin it the right way.

Maybe it's because this actually can't be spun as "open borders"..so they have to find another angle.

You need to stop watching Fox News.

It gives you an unhealthy mental twitch.

Stick to something comforting and soothing like CNN or MSNBC,
the last remaining bastions of Biden's competence and ability...

Then again, you might be getting your information about Fox from MSNBC.

We'd hate to think that it's the aluminum foil cap...

Look at you having no actual comment on the policy change. Well done

Yours wasn't a substantive comment on policy,
it was simply an opportunity to attack Fox...

And you're not even talking news, but an opinion piece.

You then go on to assume that opinion at Fox in monolithic.
I wonder what Juan Williams would say about that..

I did state my opinion on the policy, but yes...pointing out how it was spun by fox as well. You didn't respond to either.

It is news actually. And the article is an opinion piece.

Why not just tell them to fuck off and put A-10's on CAP???

Problem solved. God damn bleeding heart doo-gooders gotta complicate the fuckin' shit out of everything.

It's called the Geneva convention. Luckily, our asylum laws are more complex than your approach

Look how far we've come;

FDR, "A chicken in every pot."

Biden, "Three illegals for every lawn."

Hey, whatever cuts into the black community's ability to reach the middle class
by means of increasing wages. If they won't work cheap, the illegals will!

;) ;) :p

That doesnt even make sense, as this policy expedites turning them away.
If you read the second link you provided, it streamlines the ability to grant asylum,
which to the best of my reading comprehension skills does not mean "turning them back."

Without the perceived "spin."

So, you lose. You lose your own proof. You lose because you care more about your agenda than the issue.
Lol...right..because the first article wasn't Fox.

The policy would speed up the process. Also, the current administration continues most of the previous administration's policies at the border.

It's called the Geneva convention.

As someone who's actually had to be accountable to them I would like you to cite EXACTLY where having a border violates them.

You know fuck all and jack shit about the Geneva conventions. :D sit down Jihadi comrade.

Luckily, our asylum laws are more complex than your approach

Luckily?

LOL you're in favor of making a simple issue into a "complex" problem.... why is that not at all shocking

Well yes, it can. The majority of the cases that are expedited in this fashion will be for rejection or will be held over for the courts. I doubt you'll see many expedited asylum cases being granted

Where in the Geneva conventions does it say we have to have open borders??

We don't have open borders.

Asylum cases are complex.

We don't have open borders.

Yes, we do.

Asylum cases are complex.

No, they aren't. "This dumpster fire is full at the moment, fuck off." is not complex. Super simple.

Where is your citation of having borders being a violation of the Geneva conventions????

As someone who's actually looked them over, it's SHOCKING you weren't able to produce that citation, absolutely SHOCKING I say.

LOL.... "It's called the Geneva convention." thanks for the laughs.

Yes, we do.

No, they aren't.

LOL.... "It's called the Geneva convention." I love it when people who so obviously don't know a fucking thing about the Geneva convention try to stand on it, thanks for the laughs.
No we don't.

I never mentioned borders, you did.

Perhaps check the immigration page on asylum claims to see how the cases are handled. https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/refugees-and-asylum/asylum/obtaining-asylum-in-the-united-states

No we don't.

The tens of thousands of illegals pouring over the border every month says otherwise.

Facts don't care about your fee fees.

I never mentioned borders, you did.

So?? That's a deflection because you couldn't deliver on the Geneva convention comment.

You brought up the Geneva conventions.... what the fuck do they have to do with anything being discussed??

Hint: Not a fucking thing. Thanks for the lulz :D

Why?? Stupid as fuck because bleeding heart fucking retards.

That's how they are currently handled.

No obfuscation and gubbmint bullshittery needed to explain the OBVIOUS to anyone with an IQ over room temp.
