New password link doesn't work

I'm trying to reset my password for the main site -not the forum.

The "reset password" link sends a link to my email.

No matter how quickly I respond to the link or what browser I use, I get this 404 page:

Page Not Found (Error 404)
Sorry, This reset-link is not valid. It could have expired.


The email says I have 30 minutes to respond to the link. I'm responding within a minute. I don't think the problem is that it's expired.
