New member/author with a question

Hi, I'm new to Chyoo and am currently writing my first story/threads. It's a 'Mind Control' story entitled "It's My World, You Can't Have It." It is currently awaiting approval and while I'm waiting I am continuing to add threads to it. Hopefully it will be approved, I would hate to have the first thing I write be denied.

Anyway, my question is this. I was going through the 'My Threads' section of my profile to see and get easier access to what I've written so far, when I noticed a category called 'Children' and I was just wondering, what does that category mean?

Other than that, everything else is pretty straight forward and I'm getting the hang of it pretty quick.

Children would be the number of links that are spawned off of that thread. Say you write a thread continuing off of one, then that thread would now have 1 child

I was going to send you a PM, but you must not have them enabled. I looked at your story and what you have is fine except it is all writer guidelines. I would put everything you have right now into your writer guidelines.

Then you should actually write the 1st thread of the story and submit it. It sounds like you have already done that so it is just a matter of some cut and paste. Your guidelines are written well so I am sure your threads will be fine.
