Go to the story itself and copy its URL. It'll look like:

http://www.literotica.com:81/stories/showstory.php?id=123456

ending in the unique story number.

Then here use the vB Code buttons and choose "http://". Put a title such as My New Story in the first box that comes up, then drop the URL into the next box.
