Hi everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself as the new kid in town. I've been a long time lurker for about 5 months now and decided to finally jump into the fray. I'm a little on the shy side, but I feel like I know so many of you already which may or not freak you out if I ever refer to something you said many months ago. *laughs*

As for me, I'm a 34-year old widowed father of three young girls. Kinda like Danny Tanner from "Full House", but I haven't invited my best friend, my brother-in-law, his wife, and their twin boys to come live with us yet. And I don't look a thing like Bob Saget.

Well, just wanted to say that I love this place and just couldn't resist not participating any longer!

I was so afraid that I wasn't going to get any response to this. Thank you, forgetunome, for getting this started off and making me feel welcome. Even though I feel like I know so many of you people so well, this first post was still awfully scary for me to do. Since my wife died I've had a difficult time being around other people. This is a very big step for me. Thank you.

Anything you say can and will be used against you (especially when you bring up "peepee and poopoo" - Yeeesh!).

Never argue politics with Flagg (he gets a mite testy on the subject).

Never discuss the Bible with Deborah or Bobtoad (If you've been lurking for 5 months, this should need no explanation).

Ogle Whispersecret's titties at least once a day (Dr. Clozoff's orders - it's good for your health).

Butt kiss Laurel whenever appropriate - which is often (also good for your health).

Bow towards Dixon Carter Lee at least 5 times a day (no, it's not Mecca but it's the best we can do).

For Magic, it's Cheyenne (available in regular or jumbo economy sizes).

Kneel and say "FUCK" whenever La Siren joins us (trust me, it's worth it).

I'm sure there's a hundred other things that I forgot but if you hang around long enough, you'll learn them all.

However, one important note of caution. Never bend over when Deborah is around. Unless, of course, you enjoy pain.
