Probably in the same way that the BDSM and GLBT personals "work"... Men post ads and 90% go ignored. Women post ads and 100% get replies until someone calls her a man or cheating wife whore and then gets ignored.

Or, they could work like the "regular" personal ads where 90% of the replies are hijacks from others talking to one another and ignoring the OP.
