"Like so many others before me, I could have written this thread. I have been married for 15 years to a woman 10 years older than myself. Over the years things just seem to deteriorate. We've discussed, but with no resolution. That is why I am here. Looking for an outlet. It's just ironic that this is one of the first threads that I have read. Hopefully I can develop some friendships and conversation to help "take the edge off". As this is my fist day I don't have any pics yet but will post some soon"
No resolution? Have you told your wife of fifteen years that you are feeling absent in the arena of sex and have pondered finding other avenues for release?
that may get her attention. I say this because I let myself go a little bit after having my third daughter. I gained 45 pounds and had three rolls where a stomach should be. My husband, loves me deeply, said one day that he found himself looking for sexual attenion from other women..not in the sense of finding affairs but thinking sexually about them and it bothered him....I asked why he felt that way. He told me he wasn't sure. I asked if it was my weight and he nodded 'yes.' He said he loved me, but being attracted to me wasn't there....
It may seem cruel and self righteous but it worked. I want my husband to WANT me...so I lost the weight.

As I stated, we've discussed but there is no resolution. While we are still attempting to work through our issues, I see nothing wrong with "stimulating conversation" as an outlet.
