Hello. I am Emily. Apparently, people saw when I created my profile because I've received many messages welcoming me to Literotica, more than 20 actually. I just wanted to say thank you to all and hope you don't feel discouraged that I haven't gotten back to you. I wasn't prepared, to be honest. I like reading the threads, and I hope to be participating soon. Due to the holiday season, I have been with family so I'm constantly up and down not able to sit down and make formal responses.

To make this short, thank you for your kindness. My lack of response is not a purpose to ignore. Hopefully you understand and I will be around the forums more in the upcoming future.

Thank you all for the advice. I just wanted to give you some perspective on how overwhelming this is. I have over 50 PMs. When I walk to get coffee on my days off, I never receive compliments.

I'm not exactly that beautiful. I hope guys aren't getting the wrong idea. And I've never been married, not looking to talk to married men...

But I do think it's very sweet that people reach out. I just think some people are expecting me to be a hot model based on the messages I'm getting. I'm not.

I don't think I've seen a more apt or hilarious way to describe men on lit. We're not all bad, but yeah; it's always funny/sad to see men dogpile every single female who pokes her head out around here.
