First; what is the typical approval time for a submission?

Second and possibly more important; I self published some stuff on Amazon's Kindle Direct. That was a few years ago and it is no longer available for purchase on their site or anywhere else. I submitted one of the stories here last night. Is the fact that i have already published it going to be an issue with regard to loading it onto this site?

Typically two to three days. Often up to five days when you're new.

I don't know what Amazon's copyright terms are. If you own the copyright, then you can post it here.

Usually works in the opposite way - free lit stores are pulled to generate money on Amazon. As long as you own the copyright you should be free to do what you want.

Posting time varies depending on what's going on, such as a contest slows regular stories but turns contest stories into 24 hour max posting. Norm is two to three days, maybe longer for new authors.

It's your property, you can do what you like with it.

Amazon is a seller, so unless you entered into an exclusive publishing deal with them, you're fine. Literotica just need a declaration that it's your content, not somebody else's.
