I have been trying to lose weight and not very good at sticking to a excerise routine. My boyfriend decided he was sick of me not sticking with it and being lazy. So here is my new routine..... I must be to work by 9:30am so the alarm goes off at 5:45am I get up and take the dog out while gets up. I then put my excerise clothes on that he has modified by taping pieces of a green kitchen scrubby in. A tight bra and a tight thong (hmmm never use to be tight) I do some warm up streches, then 50 crunches and 50 each toe touches and side bends. He drinks his coffee and counts for me. This makes me quite wet and my nipples very hard might I add (great modivation every morning).. He has me remove my thong as it's pretty soaked by then and puts my 8" dildo in me and put the thong back on. Then it's ab circle pro time. I do 10 mins of the swinging back and forth then I remove the pin in the middle to do the thigh excercise for 10 mins also. It makes the dildo move in and out with the friction of the scrubby I'm dripping wet and panting from the workout. He doen't allow me to cum while I'm working out. The ab circle is much harder than it looks and 10 mins is a long time. He loves watching me get all wet and sweaty. Thank you!!! I am actually being motivated. It's really a hard work out and the first few days were HELL. Seeing results quick really help and the bf won't let me stop. He would make my ass very sore sore if I tried. I'm not sure how twice aday will go but guess I'm gonna find out. LOL
 
I've always liked this kind of motivational training. And I also love modified thongs.

I used to bead my thongs, and even thought about making them to sell because they can feel so good. I like the idea of scouring pads. :D

I don't think this is a healthy, reasonable method to lose weight. Unless you are an actress that needs to lose some pounds for the next movie.

I've used sexual arousal as a motivational factor in developing and/or changing habits. While I agree that it isn't a sustainable method . . . in other words, I would be very surprised if the opening poster is able to keep up this particular regimen for weeks, let alone months on end, which any real change in habits requires . . . my own experience has been that the linking of sexual arousal with the new habit does give a lingering quality of arousal and positive feedback to the activity well after the actual props and sexual activities are no longer present. The genuine excitement of the first few weeks settles into a kind of burning arousal and then a dim glow that finally becomes a contentment in the activity that I had never felt before.

I suppose it could easily be argued that there are healthier ways of making changes in your lifestyle, but once the change is actually in effect, and the new habits are in place, the benefit of better habits might outweigh the nature in which they were generated.

The real pitfall is if you get so addicted to the sexual arousal that you refuse to work out without it. That would be missing the point of the exercise entirely.

This is why I didn't respond to the OP. I think any attempt to link a positive feeling with fitness is good and hopefully it will be the spark that leads to something genuinely healthy and long term. No, this routine is not sustainable, and perhaps not entirely healthy either, but it's a positive start in the right direction.

Mind you, while I was running today, I was thinking that if I had to pack an 8" dildo inside me while I was training, I wouldn't be turned on, I'd be pissed off. I'd likely yank it out and beat someone over the head with it. LOL.
 
You should run. Running is best for weight loss, and it does amazing things to the ass.
