I have been trying to lose weight and not very good at sticking to a excerise routine. My boyfriend decided he was sick of me not sticking with it and being lazy. So here is my new routine..... I must be to work by 9:30am so the alarm goes off at 5:45am I get up and take the dog out while gets up. I then put my excerise clothes on that he has modified by taping pieces of a green kitchen scrubby in.
