Evening New Englanders
I hope each and everyone of you folks have buttoned up your homes and have enough food and water and either candles, flashlights or some kind of light for when this storm hits, I pray that No one else gets killed during this so far 9 people have lost there lives to this Hurricane, So far its Quite here in Vermont but as of 8am tomorrow it wont be, Well everybody be safe and stay Inside, Only go out in case of an Emergancy otherwise get yourselves a good book to read or if you have a better half play some games to keep your mind off the storm.

Hey Goldie,
It's very late Tuesday into early Wednesday AM and we finally have our power back on as of
9:15pm Tuesday nite----we had no power since 6:30am Sunday.
Hope that you're safe where you are in VT!

Doing pretty good...working the graveyard shift as usual....hospitals are so much fun during that time..... hows your work going? Been a long time since have been in your neck of the woods, though have been to foxwoods a few times...planning on possibly driving to fla again in sept.... What are you doing to get ready for the summer?

Hey hey JLP! You're still working the 3rd shift...wow!
Don't know if I told ya but I'm no longer working at the group home....I was let go after 13 years
there back at the end of June 2010, and still looking for work. However, finally hooked up w/ a temp agency back in early March of this year and have worked a couple good assignments, but am waiting for the next one.....in the meantime, I'm still applying for jobs. The more time I'm away from the human services field, I don't want to do it anymore....that part of my work life is done. No more 3rd shifts for me.....
Also have been involved w/ the community and my town
Can't wait for summer though....will be spending more time w/ my boyfriend....him & I have been dating since right after Thanksgiving last year (we met back during election season of 2010), and I haven't been so happy in so long! He's mighty terrific! Hope you and your lady are doing well.....
still glad that you get to Florida during the early Fall....one of these days I'll get down to the Keys!

is putting on a chili cookoff this September 2012 in St. Albans, Vermont!!!!

Congrats! passed your way recently. I drove to Fla. for vaca last week, and of course came through 95.. I waved! Took the hummer this time, so lots of gas, but was a great ride down, and weather in Key West was beautiful as usual....
