New E-mail stuck in pending since forever now

Trying to change my E-mail since I lost acces to my old one. Type in new E-mail in profile, hit save changes...and new E-mail is found in blue text stating it is pending approval. Has been that way for weeks. Checked brand new E-mail for validation...thinking that is the hold up..but no validation E-mail is found. Not even in spam. Help?
