If your eyes have a tendency of getting dry (mine do during allergy season) then I suggest Acuvue Oasys. My optometrist wears them & suggested them for me

For convenience I wear daily ones, wear 'em & toss em at the end of the day. No need to buy a storage case, saline solution, etc. They cost a bit more.
