Anyone out there who would like to contribute to this post please help yourselves. So what am I trying to say Errrr HELP.

I am new to literotica and all that goes with it. I have read a few of the stories some very good, some well, crude. However I do like the chat rooms. Having said that I have not met with a satisfactory response. I think I must be doing something wrong. just when I think all is going fine; I've found a lady (I am 100% straight) and been invited to have a private chat Hello! Yes, She has gone no goodbye nothing.

It would seem to me that I need help. I am polite when I go in a room but for the most part ignored. It feels like I am trying to enter a secret society. Obviously all members have gone through the 'rites of passage' will someone tell me what they are.

Perhaps a kindly lady would take me by the hand and give me a guided tour.

It's always nice to see someone new on the boards, but I think you're addressing your queries in the wrong place.

This is a Sexual ROLEPLAY Board, where people explore fantasy by sharing a story. This rarely happens real time.
It might be helpful to read the "stickys" - advice and rules - at the top of the welcome page.
You'll find this introduction at the top of every forum welcome page.

You might want to post this type of query in Literotica Personals.

As for chat. Lit chat is not know for its chat etiquette.
It depends where you chat and what you're looking for.
The only way to progress in a chat site is to be around and talk and by trail and error.
Look who's there and be seen.

Without knowing where your chat hang outs are, I can't really give you any more specific advice.

I hope this helps.

Do consider writing some fiction here.
It's a great way of sharing with people.

I must thank both Sweetp and Delicious Maiden for their interesting and thought provoking replies. Would either of you be prepared to take me under your wing and initiate me in the art of role play. I could make an amateurish attempt on my own but the thought of having such talented and experienced ladies by my side as I explore my inner feelings sends a warm sense of pleasures yet to come, through my mind.

I will, therefore stay here in role play for a while, and look forward to becoming acquainted with both of you and any other friends that wish to meet with me.
