So here is what I was thinking for this story:

We have this man who has worked for his company for over 10 years, happy to stay in a low position with little requirements. This new boss, a woman, comes into the building with the idea that she's going to turn things around. I like the overall idea, but with sexual harassment laws in the workplace Walt's suggestions seem a bit far fetched.
