The Harry Potter books are well written and well read. I have them included in a vast collection of hard back books. Some people have not read them, well that is their decision. I would recommend them to anyone.

I greatly appreciate everyone who has replied to my post and it looks like I will have alot of fun here. I also appreciate all the tips that I have received. I look forward to talking and working with alot of good people.

I might get killed for this, but...

I read the first Potter book, to see what all the hullabaloo was all about, and simply didn't get it. Sure, it was a pretty good book. Nothing special, but a fun enough read.

I haven't touched the rest of them, since there are so many other books out there that I have to read first.

That's what it is about! Of course, you may not want fun reads all the time but fun ranks high in my list of things to read. :)
