New Author - need help with submission

Hey there, I've had a story (my 2nd) rejected for grammatical errors around Speech. I think i've resolved these but can't resubmit my story, it just keeps going back to "Draft" rather than "Pending"

Any advice would be most helpful

Don't forget to go through the Preview page and press the "submit" button all the way at the bottom.

If it was rejected, I believe you go back to square 1.
