Hi there. I am a new author and have a series I have written that I am trying to submit and get published. I am primarily a 3D graphics artist, so my stories are illustrated and/or have renders. I successfully submitted my first chapter of my series, but when I tried to upload the second it would not allow me to attach my word document.

So, I guess my questions would be. Can you only submit one at a time? Is there a limit to the size of the word document to load? I have submitted a technical issue ticket, but, I was wondering if any authors had similar issues. Do you think I should just send an email with the word document as an attachment.

Titles have to be different

The titles have to be different. Series Pt.1 or Series Ch. 1 followed by Pt. 2 or Ch.2.

If the title is the same it will state you already have a submission by that name. In the admin notes, if they are completely different but part of a series, add it to the admin notes section that this is part of the Such-in-Such series.

The first book or part might be 'The Red Mountains of Koldar' while the next might be 'Labyrinth of the Sky'. They might all be a part of parts of the 'Ascending Series'. I tend to write in Sci-Fi Fantasy.

My 'freshman' entry had the first book larger than the 3 volumes of the lord of the rings combined in size--not quality it was the first book I ever wrote. The following 11 books in that series were sized better to a novel size of 75-170 thousand words per book.

I broke them apart if they went over 100 thousand words and submitted them separately. Many will not read my works due to their size, something else to consider as I tend to get into the stories and they take on a life of their own. Another reason to break it up into parts. Book 1 of the Silvertree Chronicles is broken into 36 parts. Some are8 thousand wards and 1 or 2 are nearly 90 thousand words in the later section of the book. The other books are either 1 or 2 parts but each part is under 100 thousand words.
