New activity notifications stuck

Since the new update, the notifications on the Control Panel won't clear for me.



Worse, they seem to max out at 200, so I don't even have an indicator of whether or not new activity has happened at all. I've confirmed with other authors that this isn't happening for them, and the problem follows across browsers and devices for me, I do have a second account that I used to submit one story, and that account does not have the problem.

That's working for me, but I think I'm not being notified of ratings votes. At least, I have seen no votes on any story for 48 hours.

My notification feed indicator was glitchy when they first rolled it out, then started working correctly for most of november and december, and then two or three weeks ago stopped updating correctly again...

"All Activity" currently showing 167, "Works Activity" showing 193, for no obvious reason
