The OOC Thread

The frat party was raging, with booming music and writhing dancers and enough booze to lead even the mild mannered, conservative, and rather particular Gina Trent to do things she wouldn't normally do with a man she'd never really liked and a woman she'd only just met.

She was in an upstairs bedroom with the couple -- the frat's President and the wife of the University's Chancellor -- with her front latch bra open and hanging from her shoulders and her tiny matching thong entangled around one knee. She was lost in the joy of four hands and two eager mouths pleasuring her in ways she'd never enjoyed before.

The pleasure of sex wasn't unknown to Gina, although the euphoria of climax was. So when a previously unknown and overwhelming sensation began to take hold of her, Gina immediately assumed she was finally experiencing her first ever orgasm.

She wasn't...

She awoke with a start and sat up quickly. Even before her eyes were clear enough to begin focusing on her surroundings she could hear the sobbing, crying, and muted but panicked conversations of far more people than with whom she'd been in bed a moment earlier.

When at last her eyes focused, Gina found herself surrounded by the Prez, the Chancellor's wife, and more than a dozen others, men and women included. And she was no longer in a privacy of a dark, fraternity house bedroom but was in the midst of a ... a rain forest...?

"What's going on...? What happened...?" She looked down, expecting to find herself still nearly naked. Instead, she found her bra and thong returned to their proper places and a man's button up shirt covering most of the rest of her. "Where am I ... someone, please?"

"You are in Neverworld," a strong female voice sounded from behind her. Gina spun to find three women standing on a slight ledge, looking down upon the others.

(OOC: Ignore the T-Rex for now ... and ignore Kermit for ever!)

Gina's eyes widened at the sight of the women. They were ... unbelievable! They were athletic looking with tight, powerful legs and arms; but they were also all woman, with full, shapely, erotic figures made even more apparent by their skimpy clothes, ragged remnants of 21st century clothes mixed with local items from this time, including beads, bones, hand cut leather straps ... and teeth and claws from what obviously had been carnivorous and likely dangerous animals!

The women were armed, too. Between them there were wooden shaft spears with rock arrow heads; rock slings made of animal hides and leather thongs; knives of finely honed rock slivers and animal bone handles; and both bows and crossbows made out of this time and place's resources.

Only one word came to Gina's mind as she looked at the women: Amazons!

"What's going on?" someone asked. "Where are we?"

"I told you," one of the Amazons said, gesturing everyone to rise to their feet. "You're in Neverworld. We need to get out of here. Danger is never too far away."

As if the animals of the jungle had understood her -- and accepted her words as an invitation -- a distance, repetitive pounding began, increasing in speed and decreasing in distance. Anyone who'd ever seen "Jurassic Park" could have easily guess that an enormous animal was coming their way.

"Company!" one of the Amazons hollered, sounding almost like a boot camp commander, "Fall in! Now."

When some of the newcomers didn't immediately react, the second Amazon said anxiously, "You go with us now ... or you die."

One of the women headed into the jungle, and Gina followed quickly. She was barefoot, which would have slowed her down, but the thick foliage was already making movement slow and agonizing. The leaves and limbs slapped at her face and body and tore at her clothes. She'd barely gone thirty yards before she was drenched by water on the foliage of the plant life.

The thunderous steps ceased suddenly, a monstrous roar erupted through the jungle, and screams of fear and pain followed. The monster was eating some of those who has hesitated or fallen behind.

Gina sped up, panicking again at a loud flapping sound above her. She looked up in time to see a flock of pterodactyls pass overhead. One dove toward the path Gina had just traveled and a moment later more human screams -- and the sound of crushing bones -- spurred Gina onward.

The trek continued for what seemed like an eternity. By the time they broke out of the thick jungle, Gina's body was scratched and cut from forehead to toes. She was bleeding in many of those locations, particularly on the bottoms and sides of both bared feet.

Before her, Gina saw a vast river valley, like something from a documentary on the Amazon rain forest. She searched for anything familiar or man made, but quickly realized that there was nothing modern here at all: no power lines, no tall buildings, no freeways, no homes.

The Amazons and newcomers had been passing by her, and when Gina fell in behind them, she began counting heads. Her stomach turned: of the original fifteen or so newcomers, only eight remained.

They cut back into the forest on a trail of exposed bedrock that began climbing up into the mountains. Gina began to think that she wasn't going to make it to where ever they were going: she was an athlete herself -- Just a cheerleader, her asinine jock of an Ex-boyfriend used to say -- but this fast paced trek and the emotion and drama that came with being chased by still unseen creatures was simply exhausting her.

Then, she got a second wind. She was suddenly aware of the return of the heavy footfalls she'd heard earlier and -- last in line -- she stopped and turned to look. Barreling down the trail toward her was a...

"Oh ... my ... god," she murmured, looking up at what was obviously a Tyrannosaurus Rex coming straight at her. She was frozen with fright and couldn't move. She heard a pair of sounds -- a grunt and a whoosh -- and, when she saw it flying through the air, realized that one of the Amazons had thrown a spear toward the T-Rex. It sailed with precision, striking the animal in the nostril. The dinosaur skidding in its tracks, raising its head and bellowing in fear and anger.

"Let's go!" the woman said, grasping Gina and pulling her up the trail again. As they fled, Gina looked back to see the T-Rex shaking its head, trying to dislodge the weapon, then turned to see the Amazon looking at her, saying, "You owe me a spear, bitch."

Gina didn't know how to react. She knew she should thank the woman, but the bitch comment had caught her off guard and, to tell the truth, kind of pissed her off.

The mountain walls began closing in on them and they continued, as was the T-Rex, which had resumed the chase, now free of the spear. Just when Gina was sure that the T-Rex was upon her, it stopped, unable to get into the narrowing crevice through which they were fleeing. Eventually, the cliffs above were over two hundred feet high and the crevice was barely a foot across, making it hard for some of the larger members to pass.

And then, suddenly, the cliffs opened into...

"Oh my God," Gina murmured as she slowed and simply stared about her. "What ... oh my God, what is this place?"

The Amazon who'd saved her life said with a tinge of pride, "This is Paradise. Don't get used to it. You might not be alive much longer."

Again Gina went without comment, her attention fully on Paradise. It reminded the cheer leader of a football stadium in a way -- no,, of the Colosseum in Rome. Its was roughly oval in shape, maybe two hundred yards long by a little bit less wide. Where the stands in the Colosseum would have been, here there where rock cliffs, some slanted enough to be climbable -- with caution -- and others frighteningly sheer. They rose a hundred yards or more, and in places were shrouded by a mist that was hanging over Paradise and only occasionally offering glimpses of the beautiful blue sky beyond.

The ground slanted away from where Gina stood, rolling, sometimes with little natural knolls or short rocky drop offs and sometimes with man made alterations. At the far end was a small lake. A small waterfall filled it from above, and a narrow creek that flowed away from it seemed to disappear into the rocky wall.

In the middle of the Colosseum was the largest broad leafed tree Gina had ever seen. The shape of the tree made her think big leaf maple, but it stood close to 200 feet tall, with a canopy spread equal to that, making it the world's largest maple by double.

At least, the world's largest in Gina's world. She knew this was not her world, though. She walked forward toward the tree, studying it. It was more than just a tree here in Paradise: it was the Amazons' home.

In the lower limbs -- some as big around as a fifty gallon oil drum -- was a collection of tree houses that reminded Gina of the Swiss Family Robinson attraction at Disneyland. There were more than a dozen rooms spread out upon its limbs or up next to its trunk, which at head height was easily thirty feet across.

Some of the rooms seemed to have specific purposes. Even from here on the ground, Gina could tell that some were probably bedrooms, while others were likely storage. There were what looked like defensive platforms, not unlike at the corners of a Medieval castle; and walkways, made of vine ropes and wooden slats or steps, linked all of the rooms together, allowing a person to move around the entire complex without ever leaving the tree.

There was a combination water disposal and aqueduct system, too, constructed of pipes and chutes made from bamboo-looking trees. The water moved all about the tree, sometimes turning wheels that drove cargo lifts for raising supplies up into the tree; or drove huge palm frond fans that blew soothing air into the Amazons' home.

Gina would learn later that the aqueduct was fed by the tree itself. Just as the Redwoods north of San Fransisco watered themselves by beading the fog moisture into raindrops, which then fell to the ground, this prehistoric maple gathered water from the mist passing through its canopy, water which was now captured and directed here and there as desired by the tree's human occupants.

The floor of Paradise only served to justify the name. There was a garden with dozens of rows of plants in various stages of growth; a small orchard featuring blooms or ready fruit, depending upon the specific tree's life cycle; four or five colorful fowl species scratching at the ground like chickens or paddling about in the lake like ducks; bamboo and thong pens holding little mammals that were obviously being bred as food; and so much more.

Gina was absolutely amazed. It was like something out of a dream ... or a very fantastical Hollywood movie. Suddenly, her terror and dismay of being ripped away from her own time and world and thrust into this ... this alternate reality was abating. She suddenly found herself excited to be here and wanting to learn more about Paradise, about Neverworld, and about how she could be a part of both.

Her attention snapped back to the issues at hand when the Amazons began herding the newcomers over to the base of the big tree. Gina hadn't had time until this moment to wonder whether or not the three women who'd saved them were the only people in Paradise. Her question was answered as a fourth Amazon stepped out onto one of the walkways in the tree and looked down upon the newcomers.

She, like the others Gina thought, was a marvel of Mother Nature. She was tall, almost 6 feet, with a body made for the SI Swimsuit Issue and a face made for a Maybelline make up campaign. She had a head of fiery red and fair, lightly freckled skin that, despite the rugged world in which she lived, looked perfect and flawless from where Gina sat.

Gina realized that she was staring at the woman with a sexual longing, suddenly recalling that last night she hadn't been fulfilled by her sexual partners, one of which had been a woman like this one but then not a woman like this one at all!. Her face turned as fiery red as the Amazon's hair when she realized that she was suffering a tingling between her thighs. Gina didn't normally yearn for other women: she'd only been with the Chancellor's wife because she had been drunk and feeling adventurous.

What Gina couldn't know was that the phenomenon, the Portal, that had brought her and the others here -- newcomers today and Amazons long before -- played with their senses and natural drives. It enhanced their desires to please or be pleasured in a way that would have caused them to be called sluts and hound dogs back in the real world. Gina had no idea yet what was ahead of her: a life of sex activity that she wouldn't be able to fully control ... assuming control was something she wanted.

"My name is Kylie," the Amazon said in a voice that filled Paradise. "Welcome to Neverworld. This place ... this time ... is nothing like you have ever seen or experienced. It is a wondrous place of great joy and fulfillment ... but it is also a dangerous place, as I am told you have already learned."

She turned and began descending a set of wooden steps that followed the natural growth of one of the tree's massive lower limbs. Gina's eyes followed the woman's figure -- the slight bounce in her bountiful chest, the dramatic swing of her her hips -- and realized that she was absolutely sopping wet between her thighs.

"But ... if you do as you are told..." the woman continued, "...when you are told ... how you are told ... you just may survive."

The Amazon stopped just above and behind the other three women. She looked down to them, explaining, "We four are all that remain of more than 80 Portalers who have come to Neverworld over the last decade. We know how to survive. What's more, we know how to thrive. Listen to us ... learn from us..."

A knowing smirk spread her lips as she ogled one of the newcomers with whom she'd already taken a fancy. She continued, "...serve us ... and we will teach you how to thrive, too."

One of the men spoke up, asking with a defiant tone, "What if we don't want to serve you?"

Gina looked the man's way and found him leaning back into the stump of a long gone and also gigantic tree. He was shirtless and, Gina thought, striking a pose like some dancer from a Madonna video or a model from a Gap advertisement.

Gina pulled her shirt closer around her bosom, realizing it was his shirt. She remembered him suddenly, from the Frat Party the night before. He'd introduced himself as ... Buck, she recalled, right before he'd groped her ass and tried to get a kiss from her.

The Amazon in the tree responded immediately, pointing back toward the crevice through which they'd come. "The door's unlocked. Feel free to take a walk."

Buck went silent, trying to maintain his air of superiority despite likely having just made an enemy of one of the women responsible for him still being alive. He hadn't asked to be here in Neverworld anymore than any of the others had -- newcomers and Amazons alike -- but now that he was here, he was going to have to learn to get along. More than that, he was going to have to learn to answer to others -- to women! -- and Gina could see in his expression and in the way that he was glaring at Kylie that Buck wasn't the type to follow a mere woman.

"There are only two choices," the Amazon continued, shifting her glare from the muscular man she was going to have fun taming back to the others. "Do as you are told ... or die out there. Because if you do not do as you're told--"

The Gods must have been listening to and supporting the woman, for they interrupted her statement with a T-Rex roar from miles in the distance slipping over the Colosseum's rock cliffs.

She finished, "--you will take a walk ... whether you want to or not."
