For those of you who have neuropathy, has it reached a level where it affects your genitalia? I never had a problem with ejaculating until the last six months or so. I have been noticing now in sex or mastrubating it feels I have lost allot of sensation in my erection, to the point it's damn near impossible to cum, if I cum at all. I've read that neuropathy can cause this. I have no problem getting an erection, but I've lost sensation.

Has anyone else with neuropathy had this occur?

Not yet. Mine has reached just above my knees. The swelling and fluid retention that has caused mine seems to stop there as well. But I am not hopeful for the future at this point.

I’ve had diabetes for a number of years. Sadly, aside from the ED, neuropathy has definitely affected not only my ability to ejaculate, but my sensation when having sex.

Don't jump to conclusions, see a doctor as soon as reasonably possible.

Since you're here on Literotica can I assume you watch a fair amount of porn? ..Well, that can make it harder to cum as well as it tends to make "real world sex" seem less exciting. ..One of the pitfalls of viewing porn. Not an accusation, just a guess.

Way too much assumption on your part.

Same here. Little or no erection. No cum at all. Sometimes a drop of precum. That's it.

I have s doctor's appointment with a neurologist next month. I'll keep you posted.
