i think it's more difficult to bastardise the english language to that extent than it is to write properly...

I myself belive the person could be quite smart. Imagine if you will wandering into this mind. One that doesn't spellcheck. I bet posting this way saves time and allows one to boost your post count and quite possibly post on several forums at once. ;)

If I read it right, and that is a big if, she just got her out of going to an assembly; which are boring and useless, in my experience.

I get the sense the mum perhaps skipped a bit of school....

Jet another sign that our kids (us too) are getting lazy. Although it is lazy to come up with another "language" and learn it? Not so much about being lazy as they see it, more about saving time. So then the question is do they not value me enough to take the time to type the damn thing out? :rolleyes:

Just last week my daughter's first grade teacher said that the other teachers are having to help remind fourth graders and on up to actually use a capitol 'I' when they write about themself. This made me realize that kids are getting into this way too young. It feels like they should be getting a full education first before this stuff. Maybe high school is a better place for that lingo?
