Ha! I can't believe someone posted this today of all days. Unfortunately, all three apartments that border mine are inhabited by single guys. (Single guys that don't seem to do too well with the ladies!) Anyway, last night as I'm getting into the elevator, my next door neighbor walks in with a pretty hot girl... we chat a little on the ride up and knew he was going to get some.
