Neighbor the bodybuilder

I have been bodybuilding/running for many years, and have a Tarzan physique to show for it. I pump my muscles on the backyard deck in the hot summer sun in the smallest of posing trunks. I liberally apply oil to show off. Its mostly private, but occasionally hear whispering coming from next door. Then late one day (after sun went down), there was a knock at my front door. It was the man who owns next door house. He came with a bizarre request - his daughter who is living at home, but out of college wants to watch a posing session up close. I agree to it. I said for her to come thru the gate next time I am out.
