he has had only one girlfriend, and she breaks up with him just before his birthday. he has a neighbor who has waited for him to turn 18 for years. she is happily married but wants something new in her life. so her husband and her make up a plan to seduce the boy and teach him about sex.

So....how do they know that he is a virgin? I think that stating the age is too much. How about his girlfriend breaks up with him just before graduation. Maybe the neighbors are planning on giving him a real education before he heads off to college.

I think would work better if she breaks up with him before prom, prom being somehow the time when most everyone stops being a virgin anyway.
