How 'bout a story where a guy realizes that an active lit member (with pics, stories, postings, etc...) is actually a neighbor? Maybe they are chatting on AOL-IM or via postings he realizes that she lives near him, then thru questions he realizes that she lives nearby and he KNOWS her ... maybe thru church/temple, PTA, Little League....

surely an interesting idea.

Let's say, this guy knows that the girl is his neighbour ... but she doesn't know that he is living near her.

So they talk about all kinds of stuff - and this guy starts to show her pics of his monster cock. (similar to BlackSnake)

The woman is getting hot, and so she says stuff like "if you would live close by me, I would have sex with you on every day .... by the way, in which state do you live ? .... hey what a coincidence, I live in the same state. In which town do you live ? .... hey, another coincidence, I live in the same town ....

So, until that time, it was just a fantasy by the woman. But now, this fantasy could become true ....

TRUE STORY

My neighbor (female) and I were both on AOL. I was dating, no one serious, she was married. I sent a bunch of my friends an email (was not bcc) and she asked me if I knew So-And-So. I told her yes, we'd gone out a few times, Why? Next thing I knew, she was running across the street to tell me she'd also gone out wiht him a few times. I quit seeing him for a while and thought she had too. I started seeing him again but he told me not to tell anyone (I was young and didn't see this as a red flag). She and I were talking one day, and his name came up. We were both seeing him again. Poor fool got dumped by two of his girlfriends twice in one day. Time went by, she started seeing him again, I didn't.

If someone wants to take this story and embellish it, feel free. I just want to read the final product.

Not that it matters, but this guys MO was identical with both of us, down to where he took us the first time he took both of us out. I have NO idea what I saw in him.

Ok, here is more. The two could start chatting online - she could say that she loves to cook and there's this great gourmet shop in her town called Charlie's.. or he could say that he met a few of his friends after work at a bar and specifically name the place.

After one of them post pics on lit, they could mention that they're going to the Barnes and Noble in town that night to buy a new book... or go to the local ice cream shop for a cone - the other could go to see her from a distance and on and on....

Then he approaches her while she is ordering her ice cream and just casually talk to her without blowing his cover. Then in the next chat online say "I love coffee ice cream... and you looked great in that red sweater..."

I love this idea!! It's something I have wondered about my neighbors all the time! I live in an apt complex and everytime I can peek into someone's living room and see them at a computer I wonder if they go to Lit!

It would be so hot to discover a "net friend" is someone you know in your daily life, and for them to not know what you know!

I have to agree with Mona that the part of the quote she underlined does sound a bit creepy! It's stalkeresque.

The concept of your neighbor being a Lit member is interesting, though.
