Needing inspiration...

Hi All,

I am *brand* new to the forums (although not new to Literotica, as it's been one of my favorite sites for the last 5 years), and I'm not entirely sure that this is the right group to post in, but everyone I've read who has posted here seems so helpful I figured someone would point me in the right direction if this isn't (the right place to post).

I've been reading and enjoying the Literotica stories for so looooooooong now, I though I would contribute back to the community with stories of my own. Or at least partially my own. What I'm looking for is a nice woman to collaborate on stories with. Experienced would be nice, but I think the general thrill of the give and take in erotic story-writing would work with someone inexperienced as well.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to start? Anyone want to trade words?

In addition to posting here, I'd go over and post on the Editor's Forum board as well. You'll find a lot of people there willing to edit what you write, and I'll bet you could find some collaborators too. Also try posting your request at the Story Ideas board.

Finally, you might consider starting a sexual role playing game on that board. I've done games there that have turned into full blown stories, and good ones. When it clicks, the chemistry between you and another player can produce some very hot stuff, and it keeps you motivated.

Hi Jonathan. I also recommend the SRP board, a good place for "beginners", whether to writing or erotica. That's how I began here.

What kind of stories are you interested in writing? I'm running low on ideas, and really haven't collaborated with anyone before, but I find the idea intriguing.

If it is really inspiration that you seek, it is in the spell checker somewhere between 'ink' and 'pen'. Ideas, on the other hand abound on the Story Ideas forum. Go back a few months because SI is having a thin patch at the moment.

Hey there Jonathan and welcome Lots of great advice here already I definitely recommend having a look for an SRP to join or start one of your own..it's a great way to find ideas and see if you have the right chemistry with someone!
