I need to make some $$. And it's a substantial amount.....around 15 g's. So, I need to do it on the side, on the computer...or phone, and on the downlow!! Any suggestions??

Have you seriously considered prostitution / escorting?
Obviously not the easiest of ways to make money and there are immeasurable down sides, but probably the most definite way to make the sort of cash you're looking for. Short of acting as mule ... which is soooooooooooo not reccomended!
Not sure escorting it's descrete enough for your needs, but it can be.

If there was a fast, LEGAL way to make money, everyone would be doing it and you wouldn't be asking. I'm a little old fashioned (but not so old in age ) and tend to think along the lines of taking out a loan and getting a day job to pay it off. You might also like to ask a VERY good friend for help - but be sure to pay them back in installments and not to take advantage of them.
Making money out of 'selling your body' (be it in porn photos or sex) is actually harder than it sounds. You don't make a lot of money out of it and it is a lot of hard work.
What ever you need the money for, I hope it's a good reason and you're not in any kind of trouble (drugs, gambling etc etc).

Waiting tables or tending bar may be an option. A lot of places will pay you under the table, so it can add up quickly.
