So maybe you have a bunch of people over for the night, or your on a camp out with the Boy Scouts. You need to make a bunch of breakfasts quick and easy in the morning. Not a problem.

Get some things together before hand and you're going to have an easy morning.

The night before the cooking fill a cooler with some ice. Pull out a bunch of ziplocks, (one per person) Eggs, cheese and additives.

Have each person grab a bag, two eggs, and the additives they want for an Omelett. (Onions, Peppers, Bacon, Sausage etc.)

Have each person drop the additives into the bag then crack their eggs into the bag. When they have done this have them squish the eggs around breaking the yolks and mixing everything up. When they are done have them work the air out of the bag, seal it then write their name on the bag with a sharpee or other kind of marker. Place the bags in the cooler.

Set up your coffee.

In the morning stoke up your fire. Place a large assed stock pot over the fire to boil. Place the coffee pot at the side of the fire to perk. Shiver in the cool morning air.

When the coffee is ready pour a cup and check the stock pot. Drag the cooler out so you can get to the bags easily. Pick up a stick.

As soon as the water in the stock pot is boiling dump in the bags of eggs and additives. Use the stick to stir, keeping the bags away from the side of the pot. (You onlu need one hand to do this so you can still drink your coffee with the other hand.) By this time the other campers have straggled out of their tents and are wandering around in a daze thinking about breakfast and waking up.

After letting the bags boil for about fifteen minutes fish them out and let people grab their own. Tell them to open the top of the bag. They can either dump the omelett onto a place or they can do what I do which is eat it straight from the bag.

An easy breakfast.
