Need Some Advice About Not-Sex with a Co-Worker

I was talking to this goofy guy that I have to work with about the event we are doing. I told him he didn't have to work the whole event and there'd be time for fun, hoping to get rid of him. I started blinking because I got an eyelash in my eye. That shit hurts. Anyway now he's been following me around and winking at me. It's creeping me out. Honestly, he smells like moldy cheese and aqua velva and I really can't stand being around him.

Did I give him the wrong signal, do you think he thinks I want to have sex with him, instead hose him down with Lysol?
