Need help

I have a story idea based upon something that happened to a friend of mine recently. He was out at a local bar when he met a lady who had a nice body with a beautiful rump. Because she was wearing a COVID mask, he could not tell how pretty her face was. Eventually he sweet talked her into going home with her, but when they got into the car and she took her mask off, apparently her face was ugly and she looked like she’d been hit by a bus. He told her that he still wanted to nail her, but only if she kept her mask on and he drilled her from behind. She consented and when they got home, he told her to take off her drawers, bend over, and spread her butt cheeks. This is where the story takes an unseemly turn, as she insisted he not tap her fanny by sticking his meaty boner in her keister. My friend is a tail gunner from way back and thus wanted to butt fuck her up the ass. When she finally relented, he was just about to stuck it in her bung when all of a sudden she lost her mud and started releasing the most noxious, offensive odors and some watery brown liquid that smelled like hell. She ran like a bat out of hell to the crapper and my friend was left with a serious case of blue balls because when she emerged, he told her to get the hell out. To add insult to injury, she didn’t flush and he had to smell it all over again when he went to use the bowl.

I’d like to write this myself, but I’m not good at character development or background information so any ideas would be appreciated.
