Need help with a question about story content

I'm really hoping to ask this in such a way that it doesn't get deleted from this site before it gets answered, as I really would like an answer.

I am a fan, both as a reader and author, of enforced crossdressing tales, with or without sex. My question is, would this site allow a story about a young boy, say 13 years old, who gets caught spying on his i6 year old sister's slumber party by the girls involved and who thus punish him by dressing and making him up as a girl, as long as there is no sex involved?

I only ask as this is a familiar theme in this genre, and boys spying on sister's slumber party's really isn't something an 18 year old boy would do. It really is reserved for someone younger, between 12 and 16 or so, that's why I ask.

If anyone can give me some help here, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks much.

"If there's no sex involved" is the key phrase here.

What Lit defines as "no sex involved" where minors are concerned is pretty strict. Why is he watching the slumber party? If there's the remotest indication that his interest is sexual, it will be zapped. If he sees even one naughty bit, it will be zapped.

There's also the non-con angle. If the forced cross-dressing causes him undue distress, it can get zapped for that.

Generally, I'd say that you're pushing the line on way too many Lit danger areas, for minimal return. I imagine that the readership you'll find for such a story that will pass the Lit censors is going to be pretty nominal. You might very well do better posting it on a non-erotic site of some sort, if it can pass the Lit muster with entirely under-18 characters.

Actually, just having a cast of entirely underage characters might be enough to get it zapped -- sex or no sex. It automatically gets a sexual connotation by just posting it here, and with no adults anywhere in the tale...

Such a story would not be allowed. The most concrete rule they have is that nobody under the age of 18 can be sexually involved, not even peeping or being dressed up like a girl.

So if the boy is peeking because he gets a secret thrill out of the silkiness of the lingerie they are wearing, rather than because of the half-naked bodies he is seeing, that too is considered a sexual interest, since the girls would capitalize on it when they would dress him up in their clothes.

And even if there is no sex, if the boy starts to enjoy his humiliation, or if the girls enjoy the act of humiliating, because of the ages, that is a no-no.

Ask yourself why you want to post such a story on Literotica. You'll have your answer right there on whether it will be accepted, given the age limitation requirements.

I agree with the others. Just posting it here means you're aim is to get people sexually aroused by the actions of minors, and that is not allowed.

I agree that maybe you could set it in a sorority house. Like one of the sister's visiting little brother (like 18, still in high school) spies on them.

You have to make his chronological age 18, but he could be socially slow for his age and have the sexual ideas and thoughts of a 13 year old.

Even that can be unacceptable. It depends on how the sexual ideas and thoughts are written.

If a sexual passage is indistinguishable from banned content then it IS banned content. The reader must always be aware that the characters are role-playing and developmentally challenged characters are developmentally challenged. A simple one line assertion of characters' ages or developmentally challenged status isn't a big enough fig leaf to convert a banned story to an acceptable story.

I see what you are saying then. What is involved here is not just the underaged character's development in the story - being sure there is no sex between the active participants and no enticing scenes occurring between them as well, but also watching out that the story is written in such a way that the reader is also not sexually aroused by the actions or interactions between the underaged characters. That would be the same thing as viewers going onto porn sites viewing pictures of underaged teens to become sexually aroused. Even if there is no sex in the story, if there is a seually arousing plot line involving underaged youths, then a line has been crossed, and that is what this site will not allow. I fully understand both sides of this issue now, and will probably do as suggested and write the sorority story. I want to thank everyone for their contributions to my query here.

Literotica is just not the place for this kind of work. There are plenty of sites which allow it.

It's possible to stay under the radar with skillful wording, but I have read stories which were rejected for "age play", even though it was explicit that the character was an adult.

I would go that far, although it might be a relatively new rule. In Oct. 2007 I posted a story Little Mandy and Her Daddy which was the first of a series. In this one, she pretended to be about eight years old, surrounded by tddy bears and wearing her Power Puff Girls jammies, and her daddy came to her bed and they got it on big time. This was alright, although I got some really nasty feedback, accusing me of being a pervert. Two months later, I submitted a story about the same people, where she sucked him off in the shower. She was wearing her Brownie Scout uniform and pretending to be a little girl, and it was rejected because of the role playing. I emphasized thast she was twenty years old, but they still rejected it. Later, I amended it, so there was no role playing, and it was accepted. In other stories about them, I have dropped the age play.

And yet, my "Please, Daddy, Please" (for example) sits there in the file, posted in September 2009, and not even an incest one. You guys can do all the the "won't be accepted" discussion that you want. The stories are there, in the file.

I put an age play chapter through twice, because I've edited that chapter. Even pointed out that it was happening in a moderator's note both times so it wouldn't get mistaken for underage by a lightning scan.

Mine goes into her head a few times during the scene, where her thoughts betray her real age in opposition to how she's acting. That's probably why it didn't have any problem passing muster.
