Three main characters: wife, husband, wife's best friend - I think both have children, but they don't play a role in the story.
Wife's best friend is out of money. Can't work, because she has children. Wife doesn't like sex, and proposes that the husband should have sex with her best friend, for money. They reach an agreement (all three together). The husband drives the friend home and gets a blowjob.
