Need help from Incest Readers

The Incest category seems to be a very well enjoyed one at Lit, and I want to get in on the action, so to speak, by writing an incest story. I know there are lots of threads on this topic but I'm being lazy and hoping to get responses to these specific questions:

I'm thinking Dad and Daughter, or Mom and son initially. I do have a mom and daughter idea seeding in the back of my head, but it will require real work and originality. I want to get my head around one of the 'conventional' ones first. Which do readers prefer more?


Aside from the usual taboo of fucking a family member is there any excitement for the reader in the whole idea of having to be extremely furtive and secretive - to keep it from the other party. For example if dad fucks daughter, is it exciting to get the feelings of illicitness, the tension of potentally being caught? I've only read a few incest stories and by and large that is never explored. It's often just a whole fuck fest without consequences, occasionally a little guilt but that quickly subsides as lust rages so I'm wondering if "too much reality" is a turn off.

How many Lit pages should the ideal incest story be? With character development and some plot, I'm thinking of around 3-4, as my other stories are, but I see very long stories, 12-14 Lit pages and one pagers as well.

Any other ideas or ideas you want to toss in just go ahead. They are much appreciated.

Either pairing is popular ( there is a thread on this question). I suspect that Dad/daughter might be a bit more read, cause more guys read than women. But on the 'most read' index, there are many mom/son stories too.

I prefer stories with more than just a quick unrealistic sex scene, personally. The tension makes the sex hotter. If you write longer stories, I suggest that it is essential to the plot. It fills the space between sex scenes and keeps the reader scrolling.

Longer stories poll beter, cause only people enjoying them get to the end to vote. But 12 Lit pages is a lot. To do that well, you need a full plot. Maybe combine the two ideas, running in parallel. Dad is doing dughter, secretly. Mom and son are doing same. Who discovers what? What happens after?

Ok I've got some ideas you might want to try if you're interested.

First one is Daddy/daugther. The parents are divorced and the daughter goes to visit her father one weekend. They somehow get started talking about how he wasn't really there for her when she was growing up they get all teary eyed and eventually end up making love. She falls in love with her father and he falls in love with his daughter. They want to marry and now they have to tell the mother who is jealous and hurt.


Second one is mother/daughter.....mother just had a baby at her age of about 42 or so the daughter is a sexy college girl about 19 yrs old or so. She comes home for the summer to visit her mother and the newborn baby. Somehow the mother and daughter get close one night talking about men and sex and they start to get it on. The daughter sucks on her mommy's tits and the mommy feeds her her milk. They make love and get their sexual frustrations out of the way. *s* or you could do a mom/son like this one and she could moan to her son something like, "yes baby drink momma's milk like you did when you were a baby!" I dunno mom and son is not really my sujbect *s* Now bro/sis that's my subject!!!

I don't usually read this part of the forum, but my take (as a reader who's never written an incest story) would be this -

Any father/daughter/mother/son combination would carry a certain eroticism for some on the age difference - I've certainly seen some where the "daddy" is an older man in a role-play. However, I think the real frisson of incest must surely come by extension from the taboo nature of the relationship - i.e. by the likely reaction of society (or those around them) to the coupling.

Assuming the characters know they are related, as you rightly point out, this implies a certain furtiveness about their time together. So in effect the story has to, I think, almost become one of "will they get caught", in the same way as some exhibitionist stories. In my experience as a reader, incest stories degenerate when they become heavily sprinkled with the "daddy" and "little girl" comments. The reader already knows the family relationship, what the reader wants is physically hot sex with the setting adding to the heat.

Probably what I'm trying to say is that I think you might like to "borrow" some aspects from other story types (exhibitionism, age differences) in your incest story, but that context will always be the crucial factor, and anything that takes it away from the stereotypes would give it the feel I think you seek.

MAKE IT BELIEVABLE!!!

The most important thing, I think, when writing an erotic story, especially an incestual one is to make it believable. In my opinion, I like to write about brothers and sisters over moms and dads and their kids for that reason. The situations would tend to be a bit more realistic, for me anyway. Whatever you chose to write about though, just make it so there's not too much too soon, take your time and build, include what the characters might be thinking, and add a little hesitance - No one is just going to jump right into boning a family member without some doubt as to what they're getting into! - Good luck - let us know when you're done!

is inherently sexy.

Believability is the key to a great Lit story, in my opinion at least. Like someone said up there, take your time to build your characters and don't be afraid to make your story an actual story, and not just sex, sex, sex. Usually it's what's between the sex that makes the act of sex so good, the tension, atmosphere and getting to know the characters instead of them being faceless/mindless.

The problem with incest is that it's so hard to make it believable, because the act itself seems so taboo and illegal, which, in itself is probably what makes it so hot. There's a fine line you have to dance, and i'd say that quite a lot of the Incest stories aren't that believable, which ruins the story instantly for me.

I'm going to make my debut into the world of incest with a mom and daughter story - nothing like going for the most challenging first... Anyway, I've bounced the idea around with another Lit writer and think I have a plausible and potentially hot one.

First of all, we're staying away from any under-age activity, per the guidelines. In my opinion, there is no combination of parent child that is unrealistic. I'm aware of actual situations that involved M-M, F-F and M-F pairings of parents, children and siblings. Obviously, these were all well-kept secrets, up to some point. The father-daughter and mother-son pairings are typical, because children form their ideas about the opposite sex from their parent(s).

Typically, I'd start with a scenario that takes the other parent out of the picture, at least for a while. I wouldn't consider any long-term incestuous relationship to be healthy, so it's probably best to work with a 'one-time' or other unusual situation. Typically, the parent introducing the child to sex.

The attraction is natural, but it's also a social taboo. In some areas, it's illegal. Yes, even between adults. Of course, it's not likely to be reported or prosecuted, unless there is an under-age child involved. Still, long-term incest tends to be seen as disgusting, not erotic.

Mom is on web, buying gifts at amazon. When she goes to clear the history, she sees a link to kellynaked.com Obviously porn, she decides to click it to see where her son as been browsing. When the page comes up, she sees her smiling daughter with cum splattered tits. In big letters on the page, it reads, "I did it, I fucked my 1,000 customer!"

if u r planing to write a incest story ... i think stories involving mother & son r mostly read and and they r really exciting ,,,, all u have do is to make it a bit realistic. make it some what believable... other wise it looses its charm . and a longer story with slow plot development is a must for incest stoies. u should write a story of about 3-4 pages that wud be absolutely fine.

I've written a small series of Incest stories (mom/son). I personally prefer when the stories are longer, dedicating more time to the character's inner thought processes and actions that set up their inevitable encounter. Bear in mind that the audience is expecting your characters to hook up when they click on the story. Simply expecting your story to be entertaining because family members are going at it won't really cut it (unless you're writing for the wankers out there). Excite them along the way - then satisfy their appetite with the sex.

That's what I like at least. Long post short - take as much time as the story needs to develop and good luck!

I think the Father/Daughter is by far the most common, and I think Mother/Son is gaining alot new readers.

I personally would like to see a story involved with Father/Son as TGirl. A father who has accepted his 20yr old son as a Tgirl. I guess its basically just another Father/Daughter story.
