The best place to ask this would be on the Editor's Forum. That said... this is going to sound harsh, but if you post the same message there, most editors are going to react with "if this is what one paragraph looks like, I don't want to read a whole story".

If you want positive responses, take the time to fix the spelling, add the punctuation, and lose the text-speak. And make sure you do the same with your story before you send it to anybody else.
