I need help finding Life Insurance

Thanks in advance if you know about this stuff.

I'm looking for a type of Life Insurance that helps with medical expenses before you die but I don't know what to call that.

The concept is that if your illness expenses exceeds your medical insurance coverage; you have a way to help pay for the rest. Wonder what the limit on that is and if there is more compensation after death?

I know that you would have to declare if you're a smoker or not and the premiums are a little higher for smokers. If you deny being a smoker and then you get a smoking related illness they won't cover it.

Obviously if you die without excessive medical expenses it would be like regular life insurance anyway.

http://www.assurantpreneed.com/ I found this one but its about funeral costs.

It sounds like you’re looking for a type of life insurance that offers both living benefits for medical expenses and a payout after death. Some policies are called accelerated or living benefit life insurance, which can help cover costs if your illness exceeds your standard medical coverage. Of course, declaring your smoking status accurately is crucial to avoid issues with claims. I recently found a helpful resource that explains the different options and what to look for in these policies—you can visit https://tree.com.sa/ it to get a clearer idea of what might work for your needs.

WTF?

This thread is 25 years old and the OP hasn't been back to Lit for over 23 years. 😅

How did you even find this ancient abandoned thread, and why? 🤷‍♂️
