Need help finding a couple of stories

hello all. like an idiot i forgot to save my bookmarks so i lost all of my stories. i have found quite a few but and having some trouble finding a couple.

#1 - guy and a girl are friends and they are watching a movie and arguing about nudity. they make a bet that she can't go 5 minutes looking at him without getting horny and the winner gets whatever they want. she loses, they have sex and he asks her to let him give her a pearl necklace.

#2 - an older apartment landlord is in her bikini one day and while her new young stud tenant is coming by she apologizes for noise from a party? he then goes in to help her change a light bulb and they have great sex.
