We all go through rough seas from time to time. The worst feeling is to think you are alone. You are not alone, though, dear one. We are all sailing the same oceans. Well Remedy, I can't agree with you more. I have been through some tough time during my life, some I thought were overwhelming and over came all of them. Looking back they weren't so bad. However, I am now facing a challenge that I have never faced before. I am one of the thousands that are unemployed. I won't bore you with all the details and having been out of work before, with something to fall back on it didn't seem too bad. However, issues over the past two years have broke me and I just don't know how long I will be able last.
Everyone's situation is different, mine, yours, and each one of the other readers of our discussion board. EVERYONE has some problems, challenges, or something that has affected them in the recent past, the present, or may happen tomorrow. I look around me then at the victims of 9/11, the street people, and all the other people who have almost nothing or have lost a love one and it brings back some strong reality.
