Where exactly do you see that?

I thought her reaction was entirely appropriate.
She was told that her show was cancelled (in order to make space for Megyn Kelly) just minutes before going on air. That's very insulting. And she resigned quietly - the massmedia was the one that made noise about it.
Plus it's a good career move: you don't stick around when they demote you and treat you with disrespect.

And even if they had good reasons to cancel the show (maybe it was boring or so on):
Cancelling a show led by a black anchor, to make place for a white one instead of a minority group, and exactly after Trump was elected (not a year ago) - odd timing and gives the wrong message
