Because the act of having to defend this in court with lawyers costs money. And if he's a lawyer with skin in the game he can keep this going for a while and L&M will rack up a lot of bills defending it.

If Natasha requested her name be blanked out, that's one thing. But it's not like KT can sue LM for allowing HER name on their board. His, yes. But hers?

I get Zip's point that it's safer and easier to just blot it out but the reasoning behind it doesn't make sense to me.
