Alright nasty, I am taking pity on you now:
1)save the avatar image to your document or picture file (left click your mouse over the image and a small box will appear...click save picture as... and then you can rename it and click save for future use)
2)come back to lit forums and click on user cp
3)click edit options and scroll to the bottom of the screen and click change avatar
4)this pulls up a second screen and you click the browse button and it will pull up your document file.
5)select your avatar in your documents and double click it...you should see the URL (http://....blah blah) in the rectangular box now
6) submit your changes by clicking the button at the bottom and voila!
