I'll be in Nashville the weekend of December 7th. I've been there before a few times, but I don't think I got the most out of the city. Places to go, places to eat - that sort of thing. Anyone have any advice?

Places to eat

100% recommend Rolf and Daughters. It’s my favorite place to eat in Nashville.

i was just there last week.

the opryland hotel is a hell of an experiance

my favorite bar downtown was called bootleggers

i also got food from joeys house of pizza and hattie bs

beers at southern geist and bearded iris

i went to the grand ole opry

Make the trip Lynchburg and go to the jack Daniels distillery and eat at Miss Mary Bobos.

if you are downtown, right by the hockey rink is the country music hall of fame and honky talk highway. Tootsie's is a must visit.

The Grand Old Opry is back in the Ryman for the winter During the week you can catch Amy Grant and Vice Gills Christmas show there. Opryland Hotel is decorated for Christmas with millions of lights. Save the high parking price by parking at the Opry Mills mall and walking over.

I think the Opryland has an ice exhibit going on. I think the Grinch theme?(Double check that as I'm not sure)
The Nashville Palace close to the Hotel is a nice place to eat. They usually have entertainment going on and I think that's where Randy Travis got his start. Don't forget the Country music HOF.

There's a great kink club called "The Mark" if you're into the bdsm scene. Fetlife has groups and such on it.

If you're on second street the BB Kings is great for live music if you want to avoid country.
